Gradually, increase the number of repetitions in one set over the course of time. It is necessary to squat smoothly, slowly, with a tension of thighs and buttocks. The lower the squat is, the better is the effect, which you could get in result. Vertebral column should be straight when performing squats. Perform inhalation during squats, exhalation - during straightening.

Amount of calories, burned during the squats, depends on the intensity of exercises, exercise time, body weight, as well as on the additional loads (with barbell or dumbbells).
